| OVERVIEW |

Indian Creek is a true world class destination. Many believe it’s one of the purest crack climbing venues out there. We think the desert also offers something uniquely special. A connection and grounding that makes this place more than just climbing. Indian Creek is best enjoyed cragging in the Spring and Autumn. Sample every size desert crack imaginable and let the beautiful sandstone work through your tape gloves. Join us for an unforgettable experience in the desert!

Enjoy one of the most beautiful places on Earth. Spend time at one of the many single-pitch crags with one of our team members so you can develop skills to sample some world-class crack climbing.

Pre-Trip call

Our team will reach out to schedule a call prior to your trip. We’ll discuss good places to stay in town, your intentions and goals for the day, route overviews, review gear, and share a general time plan for the day. This is also a great time to meet and connect with your guide.

Mornings

Meet at Red Rock Bakery & Cafe in Moab at 6:00 am. Intros and ambitions laid out, we will caravan to Indian Creek and spend the day climbing.

If you are spending multiple days in the Creek, we will wind down together in the evenings at camp, cook, and enjoy being in the presence of something larger than ourselves.

Evenings

We usually stay at Hamburger Rock Campground. The goal for our evenings are connection, games, good food cooked over the fire, stargazing, and sleep!

Technical Experience

Guests should have experience lead and top-rope belaying.

Fitness

Moderate physical climbing fitness is strongly recommended. Climbing 5.10-5.11 on top rope in the gym or 5.9’s outside is an ideal base level of fitness. Indian Creek has mostly vertical crack climbing and can feel like an intensely physical pursuit until those techniques are honed in. Climbers should be able to hike and climb for approximately 6-8 hours while carrying a medium sized crag pack.
