Each of Smile’s team members embodies our core values of PASSION, PARTNERSHIP, PERSEVERANCE, and CREATIVITY.

Guiding is our profession, working year-round in the field and when we’re not working, we are still in the mountains! Our team spends significant time climbing and skiing in venues around the world. This gives them a unique opportunity to educate, of course, and to inspire. They are also interested in you can relate to you, and want to work out the best experience for you and your goals.

All of our lead guides are AMGA-certified guides in the discipline they will be working with you in, which means they’re among the world’s foremost experts in managing risk in that terrain. This training takes time and experience, which you feel, from the depth of information you glean from our team to the intimate feeling of friendship we work hard to build with you.
